SCOMET ITEM ,Category 01A Nuclear Material Export. It is a historical change over opportunity to grow ourselves, society and also country. Though it is not so easy to mature this transaction and needed so many permission of Inter ministerial committee such as Department of Atomic Energy, Department of defence production and many other including special authorisation of DGFT but our dedication to our country and best thoughts of development can make it possible. We will invite all Indians to use this treasure for the development of country economy. This protocol should be maintained for this transaction. 

SCOMET is India’s Control list which is an acronym for Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment, and Technologies. Export of items and technologies under SCOMET are regulated. It is either prohibited or is permitted under an Authorisation from Licensing authority. Appendix 3 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification contains the SCOMET list.  Section 14, of the Atomic Energy Act 1962, controls the export and import of prescribed substances, prescribed equipment, and any mineral or substance from which prescribed substance can be obtained, through a license. The list of prescribed substances, prescribed equipment, and other nuclear-related items is notified as ‘0’ Category in SCOMET List by DGFT. If the prescribed substances are also radioactive, then it shall additionally attract the provisions of Rule 3 of Atomic Energy (Radiation Protection) Rules, 2004, as promulgated under the Atomic Energy Act 1962.

IMWG is an Inter-Ministerial Working Group that includes members from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Department of Defence Production (DDP), Department of Space (through ISRO), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, National Authority of Chemical Weapon Convention (NACWC) and Cabinet Secretariat.

The IMWG meets every month, under the Chairmanship of the Additional DGFT (in-charge of export), to decide on the applications on case to case basis as per the guidelines and criteria laid down in Para 2.74 of the Hand Book of Procedures which is available on the website of DGFT (www.dgft.gov.in) at weblink

The IMWG decides, by consensus, on whether to approve an export authorization. Pre-license checks are conducted through the agencies and India’s missions abroad. Post-shipment verifications are made part of licensing conditions.

  7. Available fund to the farmer in minimum rate of interest or without interest. Sale profit can be adjustable for fund staking.

  8. Support against natural calamities.

  9. Immediate recover from post effect of natural calamities.

  10. Medical team and scientific team availability in every village after natural calamities.

  11. Construction of process named famer to retailer market.(Middle man evaluation)

  4.Power is the most vital subject of all business. Hydropower will make affordable and open the way of increase savings to domestic and also expense cutting of industrial product .

  5.At last real state development can bring more profit which can build normal and liveable house for middle class and lower middle class family those who expense 10000-40000 @per month as rent in spite of instalment within 5000 to 15000 INR as per quality.
